not possible on Sacrarium (0.8.2). On 0.9.1, use llSetLinkPrimitiveParams() using PRIM_NORMAL and PRIM_SPECULAR properties (http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/PRIM_NORMAL and http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/PRIM_SPECULAR)
