Anytime you hypergrid and get this kind of spam every 5 secs simwide right click block over the name of the object (Tip Jar 2) and block then you get no more spam, as soon they can't pay "basics" they will return to SL

I start to have the thought that many want to make money on Opensim, I hope it will not become a business like second life
The server is not free, this I know ,it's okay to rent lots but I have a bad feeling.....Mafia is worried

Honestly its not just the servers which are not free. My backup provision costs as much as two of the grid servers. Backup is a cost which scales along side server costs as a grid grows. Beyond that once you go beyond being small services such as viavox cost. Then there is the cost for other things. Card payment service for taking land payments do not come free. Liability insurance isn't free. Domain names are not free, the list goes on.

As in RL we have givers or takers The amazing world we live in today was made by givers, few givers turn upside down all this game platform, they gave money, their time, and hard work. Today if givers did't came, we would be buying and contemplating trash art in some Linda Kellie Scam Mall wearing some noob body and driving prim cars. Everytime i look back i know how much has still to be done, Opensim has lost many years because of this economy scam, But we did it well and content spread did ruin any possible economy for years to come, now they sell sand in the desert and we let them to dry dead

Betty you say doing a hobby, but how exactly does that work? I have an expense, its done electronically so it is not something which could be hidden even if i chose to hide it. As soon as something goes out of my account it needs declaring and substantiating for the accountant so they can certify my accounts each year. As soon as that happen i have to prove its all done with individual insurance or my main traders insurance is invalid. I don't have £200 a month to just give to people out of kindness. So i charge for services at a level which allows me to break even.

as soon as you provide a service your not doing a hobby, your trading, if your self employed and have an expense you have to have everything to back up that expense
