that's a very suggestive question I would say narrower arms (length is ok), and bigger head, and maybe reduce hips width compared to the torso too, yes

The rule of 1/8 (1 unit is head height), the whole body is 8 units tall, and arms in T pose are 8 units long, hand to hand, hips are 2 units wide, legs+feet are 4 units tall, etc..
