How do you deal with copyright on your websites?

The other day we noticed that someone not only copied our regions with his new German grid, but also used 95% of our text for his website.
Other sub-pages are also almost identical.
In the past, our slogan was already copied for a German grid, which we swallowed. But now it's getting stupid.
Okay, at first you're annoyed with the regions, but then you're happy when the original looks ten times better than the copy.

But as far as the website is concerned, we are pretty pissed off right now and are considering legal action.

What is your opinion?

Is copying intellectual property OK or not?
