Once again, the same coming again and again, despite my numerous warnings that kid avatars are not allowed. I have told this person several times, because he came from various grids.

Remember the users of misfits grid, during the time we had been accused of pedophilia? That's from this time Sacrarium became an adult grid only. That name was part of the ambiguous avatars.

Actually this person didn't do anything wrong on my region, but seems to ignore owner rules.

Do what you want, but if you own a grid, ban the IP address 76.27.28.30 to avoid problems in the future.
