Material checking)) I like this engine! Unreal engine feels more user friendly and simple than Unity. This location was built from primitives. In Unreal we have Opensim alike primitives system. It is a very useful. + a lot of free content, textures and more. Funny thing.

I love looking for stuff...lol. Some things i have to manually add the textures, that part sucks
