It's because Sacrarium is blocked from your grid. Sacrarium can't do anything against that. Contact your grid administrator.

What you can do is create another avatar on a grid that does not ban or is not banned by sarcrarium and than you can go there. Than, when you want to trade stuff that is tradeable from sarcrarium, go to a grid that allows both your grid and sarcrarium and take both avys, meet up on the neutral grid and exchange items
