Tips for nice new BoM Rippers

When ripping skin textures:
- Face Upper and Lower must never have alphas
- Avoid Skins with Tattos, hairbases or eyebrows and as other trash they may carry. We have also Eyebrows and Hairbases so no need. Here less is more
- Don't rip people using BoM because baked textures have alphas (unless you like to phtoedit to remove it)

- 1st Line both Nails are Ok
- 2nd Line is Neck texture, just capture if you need it for old appliers, we will not use a BoM channel for that.
- 3rd Line all faces have Alpha not good
- 4th Line 2nd texture has Tattoo we trash that
- 5th Line all good

Is also a good practice to put in the name of the texture of the face the Head Brand from where it came so we know later for what heads these skins are
