What I experienced at OSW us that the money there spend is what you save over time. So, you never spend a dome there, so as long as he doesn't ask paypall payments, I see it as playerscurrency. Just for clarification, posting to region pages always required 5 gold coins, this has not changed. What has changed is that now people can use coins to show profile posts to the frontpage as well. It was never the case that profile posts were shown to everyone. They appear in the Friends and Everyone section.
