I agree.. using linux for last 7 yrs and not missing Windows at all... but i no longer convince people to migrate to it hasberg .. After an aussie friend told me "linux has no virus cuz its a shit" i gave up trying heheh

there is more talking about problem of mono , but i think these ppl having problem with mono there are new on linux and there if you want to do good job try 18.04 is faster and compatible and after you try that see the result and let me know
