That's the problem in SL and Opensim. Most of the stuff is to big. At the beginning of my virtual carerr - years and years ago - the guys where 2.50 m high and I just 1.68 m like in RL.

A little tip: Spontaneous and natural shots are best
Over time you learn to pay more and more attention to detail and it just gets better and better. Be patient with yourself.

Dear Lenta, enjoy whatever you do in these fantasy worlds. Of course, try also to do it the best you can. Be open to see other's point of view but... stay who you are.
