Western leaders tend to be extremely unqualified and don't know enough about their field to talk at length, read scripts, or if they do seem competent, they usually lie, so they deliberately keep the questions and interviews short, so that was refreshing.
To sum it up, Putin showed that he has a very encyclopedic knowledge of the history of Eastern Europe, while explaining that technically Ukraine is not even a sovereign country, and Russia and Poland are allowed to exist independently. This, of course, explains why Ukrainians and Russians share not only a language, but also much more.
It was a long-winded history lesson, but it was important to see for Western audiences so that they would understand that Russia is not invading Ukraine, but is instead keeping NATO from expanding its borders and eradicating Nazism, which was cultivated and nurtured by the West so that the West could turn it against Russia through proxy wars.
Putin also explained why Nazism, which forms a large part of Ukrainian culture, is a threat to Russia, and not just a belief system that Russia wants to control. Common sense dictates that over 30 million Russians died fighting to defeat the Nazis, so of course allowing Nazi culture and society to arise literally next door is dangerous and sensitive for Russians. Add to this the fact that the US and West are all too happy to embrace Nazis in Ukraine and direct that rage and anger at Russia, and you have yet another reason for SMO.
Ultimately, Putin repeated what most of us already know: Ukraine was good and peaceful for many years, until the 2014 coup instigated by the CIA and the collective West to install a Ukrainian leadership that would better play with Western interests. Unfortunately, this new leadership will be the neo-Nazi regime that, as we know today, is fighting Russia.
From 2014 onwards, the new Ukrainian leadership will begin to punish and purify Russians living in Ukraine using violent and deadly methods. This was also explained in detail by Putin to Tucker, as well as the numerous promises that the West and its various leaders made to Putin and Russia that they would NOT expand NATO into Russia.
However, the once peaceful Ukraine has now begun to prepare to host NATO bases and has already undergone training.
What was happening was that the West was creating an army, a NATO proxy army. Between training, arming and cultivating Nazi ideology, they will have everything they need to launch an attack on Russia 🇷🇺
In a last ditch attempt at peace, the infamous peace agreement was negotiated and agreed to by both sides. However, Boris Johnson came to Kyiv and convinced Zelensky to break the agreement and oppose Russia.
So, between the cries for help of Russians killed by the Ukrainian Armed Forces and the reality of NATO but stones being thrown from Russian borders, Russia knew that action was needed and the SMO began and continues.
Putin also spoke in detail about the economy, BRICS and Orthodox beliefs. Tucker also tried to talk to Putin about the imprisoned American reporter, and Putin agreed to find a solution to the problem.
This was a much-needed interview that would finally allow Westerners and Americans to hear Putin in his own words, without being censored and filtered by Western owned and controlled mainstream media. I don't think this interview will change courses already charted or change upcoming events, but at least it allows people to hear both sides of a very complex issue. Overall, I highly recommend people watch it.
