It is not looks like block. If is it then you will get something like : "residents of your world are not allowing etc". There are a lot of causes to get such situation, your viewer issues (relog), grid server issues, region server issues, internet issues etc.

Right Magnus,AMV has had some issues recently Shaun, no way would sac be blocked. AMV is to cool for that
